Before coming to Willow Creek Counseling, I worked was an intern at the Abilene Christian Counseling Center and at OCEANS behavioral hospital in Abilene.

I received a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Abilene Christian University.  While in school, I was involved with Sigma Theta Chi sorority and held an officer position as the Rush Director.

I also own a mural and painting business and enjoy paint on all things. I love my Great Dane named Indy. Football season is my favorite time of year, and I enjoy Texas country music.

You matter and you are here for a reason. Life is not easy and sometimes our thoughts can feel like facts, or our past can overwhelm our view of our future. Your feelings are valid and are encouraged to be felt in a safe space where your unique story can be told freely. Your strengths, past, interests, feelings and thoughts will direct our experience together. Empathy and encouragement are driving factors in my counseling approach, and my priority is for you to find personal peace.

I have a passion for working with people in all seasons of life. I work with adolescents, adults, families, individuals, couples and young adults struggling with a variety of life’s challenges such as; anxiety, depression, life adjustments, suicidal ideation, self harm, PTSD, coping skills and relationship issues. Christian counseling available upon request
