• Clients have the right to request access to or copies of their health care records.

• The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) licenses and regulates behavioral health professionals in Texas.

Filing a Consumer Complaint

 

• Consumers may file a complaint with the Texas Office of the Attorney General – Consumer Protection Division.
